Did MKUltra Really End? Local Black Hawk Down Veteran Continues the Conversation on Allen Dulles, “The Program,” and Watertown, NY
Well, it’s been a busy month or so. At the end of June, many of us watched the second U.S. Congressional hearing on MKUltra (the first, of course, was in 1977) asking the question, what exactly was/is MKUltra and is it still going on? On Monday, July 27, 2026, the second “event” as I call it, took place, which was the federal appeals court decision for Narvin Lichfield v. Netflix and Katherine Kubler regarding "The Program: Cons, Cults and Kidnapping" was issued. This decision simply stated that Netflix and filmmaker (and one of many victims) Katherine Kubler DID NOT defame the operator of a troubled teen program in the three-part documentary that took place in Ogdensburg, NY, literally right up the road from Watertown, the birthplace of Allen Dulles (this is huge for a great number of reasons which I will get into on a later date).
