It’s said that the best intelligence operatives are the ones who come from broken homes or have been traumatized to the point that they don’t trust everyone and question everything. My journey through the world of intelligence has been no different. Like so many others, I served in the military. I was 19 years old and graduated from a school in Oregon where my graduating class had about 150 people. I left home for Fort Benning, GA - Home of the Light Infantry - in late 1991.
