RADIOACTIVE: Black Hawk Down Veteran Discusses Institutional Corruption, MKUltra, Allen Dulles, and Watertown NY

 

It’s said that the best intelligence operatives are the ones who come from broken homes or have been traumatized to the point that they don’t trust everyone and question everything. My journey through the world of intelligence has been no different.


Like so many others, I served in the military. I was 19 years old and graduated from a school in Oregon where my graduating class had about 150 people. I left home for Fort Benning, GA - Home of the Light Infantry - in late 1991. It was during this military service that I was sucked into a corrupt system that I didn’t expect and eventually inducted into a behavior modification and advanced interrogation program that forever changed me and my outlook on a great many things and those sworn to protect the public from harm - some of the details, of which, I will get into later on. But, I truly feel that learning and falling into the intelligence community saved my life.


My first "blog" article (linked here: The Umbrella of Control: Allen Dulles and the Fifth Function ) introduces Watertown N.Y. born Allen Dulles and his life’s work in which he spent the majority of his career in the CIA building from the ground up. The ultimate weapon for complete power and control over, not just a person, but society: MKUltra.


The Umbrella of Control shows a timeline letting the reader follow just how this program was able to creep between the layers of our society and government without anyone knowing then assuming roles that allow it to “nudge” or influence how our state and federal government operates or allow things to happen unnoticed. Because this program operated under the “Black”, no one knew about it or how it was funded. There was only suspicions, the twisting of truths, or outright lies to justify or hide what was really happening.


And it was all done under the guise of mental health research and/or treatment.


And it was created or influenced by a Nazi mindset - one built on absolute power and control over those who cannot fight back. Remember, Hitler successfully convinced the German people that the Jews were the source of their problems and promised that he would handle it, causing the public to look the other way. This gave Hitler’s inner circle the perfect cover to relocate millions of the Jewish population and use them for experimental medical research, brutal interrogation techniques, and downright torture.

Is America any different to its "outcasts"?

Extremists, cults, criminal organizations all have a certain way they do things. A set of beliefs they share which make them feel better than others. Anyone deemed lesser or unworthy, are merely “animals to be used as they see fit" - for whatever reason. I argue that elements of Satanic belief systems work their way in here.


Not that long ago former government officials have stated that to completely expose the entire system and those involved, would completely dismantle everything.


And they may be right.


(But I have a different idea that I’ll pitch later.)


Power and Control - the greatest addiction that there is. Let’s face it, countless bloodshed has happened throughout our history in pursuit of it. How those with addictive personalities fall victim to its attraction.

According to the NIH’s National Library of Medicine: National Center for Biotechnology Information:

“Power abuse disorder has been coined as a neuropsychiatry condition connected to the addictive behavior of the power wielder. Arguments have been made on the relationship between power addiction and dopaminergic alterations. Indeed, changes in the dopaminergic system have been implicated in drug addiction””

During my fight to reverse my case and expose this Program to help not just me, but a great many others, I have been deemed “Radioactive”. Hence the title of this article. I have been demonized and outcasted. People are being told what to think about me instead of me telling my own story to the public.

 

Narrative Warfare.

Anyone seen or thought to be helping or otherwise supporting myself or my family are deemed “targets” and untrusted. They are instructed to keep away. Not to ask what's really going on. In our modern era of social media and unchecked misfits, it’s not a good place to be.


In 9 years, I have lost 3 jobs and a great many friends or would be friends because of my pursuit of Justice and Hope. I am unable to find work in my county now. The enemy has done everything they can to get into my life and the lives of those around me to keep me untrusted, isolated, and broke - and they are very good at it. 

 

(We'll get into the hand covering the mouth every time someone was near me at my job or in public later - Just know that they did the same thing to the Jewish population back in the day to isolate, humiliate, and torment them. This is done mainly to instill a forced sense of "Learned Helplessness".)


Organizations or groups who run these MKUltra based programs (Simply known today as “The Program”) are very serious about keeping their secrets and creating a narrative about me (or anyone else who tries to expose them) that they’ll probably try to use in any future legal proceeding.

Remember the events at Academy at Ivy Ridge just right up the road in Ogdensburg NY? It was the first time that The Program (ie the offspring of MKUltra) really got exposed and explained to the public. Katherine Kubler, a former student and director of the Netflix mini-series, did an outstanding job. I, for one, am extremely grateful for her hard work and sacrifice. I'll discuss what I witness and heard at protest at the city hall in Ogdensburg NY when I went at a later date and time. 

 

- - There's no going back. No sweeping this under the carpet. The monster is no longer hiding in your closet. It's out. And Congress needs to put the old documents away and listen to the victims of what's going on right now. It's time for enhanced oversight and REAL accountability for the mental health industry as a whole. 

I have reached out to state and federal agencies like DoJ, the CIA, and others, as well as countless news organizations. So far, I have been ghosted. No one took me up on it. Watertown Daily Times even backed out of an interview that we were planning. Are there things happening in the background? Possibly. But consider this; IF they thought I was lying or just nuts, why not sit me down and interview me? Look at my documents and challenge me. Call me out. Tell me those marks on my head in the MRI the VA did are nothing. Not surgical or otherwise. Have the Feds do a scan and tell me I'm insane? No. Everyone is quiet. No one has contacted me to come give an interview in person. I have a feeling that the agencies that I have contacted already know the truth. 


I have even practically begged members of Congress and Department of Justice to have people like myself and others give live testimony to Congress since we are the ones who have actually seen and experienced the inside and survived. “Deep cover”, if you will. We have operational knowledge that you’re not going to find in history books or newly discovered documents that read like known documents before it. 

 

"Let U.S. Congress talk to the ones who know about it, not just an analyst or journalist who read about it from some anonymous perspective"

Since my induction and legal case, I have done extensive research and learned a great deal. The more I researched, the more I learned. The more I came to realize that I wasn’t the only person in this type of situation. There have been a great many others. Every day, those numbers grow. I have spoken and learned so much from people across a wide spectrum such as intelligence services, government employees, civilian sector, medical sector, EEG techs, etc who have pointed me in a direction or encouraged me to go learn things like open-source intelligence, intelligence analysis, data analysis, RF signal detection/identification, etc. 

Whatever they want to tell you folks, it's still mind control experimentation.

The Real Question:

Why me? Why this 54 year old, 5’5 Eddie, who may or may not be a little overweight, and has a speech impediment/occasional stutter?


Plainly put, the connection between my case and Allen Dulles may be closer than anyone wants to admit. Let me explain.

We’ll also discuss how he may have protected those documents from outside invasion while in Jefferson County, NY. We’ll speculate the possibility he used a local attorney or other person to shield from outside surveillance, search warrants, or break-ins while reaching back into his OSS tradecraft. Then we’ll discuss how this all connects to my own case.
